The world-famous literary festival is back this year, and will be celebrating its 20th anniversary. Yes, this is the Ubud Writers and Readers Festival. You can find famous writers and authors here, which maybe one of them is your idol. Not only about literature and books, UWRF will also present a music performance at night.
4. Penglipuran Village Festival (Mid December)
If you love cultural-events, this is the right festival for you to attend. Penglipuran is a village located in the Bangli area which is also known as the quietest village in Bali. Penglipuran Village Festival is a celebration of Balinese arts through cultural parades, traditional dance competitions, traditional cooking competitions and many more.
